    My Classroom Mission

As an art educator I will conduct myself with a positive attitude as a motivated leader.  I will recognize the unique individual qualities of each of my students and motivate them to explore the world through art.
I strive for my students to gain self confidence through successful and challenging projects.  I also strive for my students to gain a deep understanding of the importance of art throughout history.  I want my students to be able to communicate feelings and comfortably express themselves through experimenting with different media.
I am very excited to be here teaching such wonderful students at South. This is going to be a terrific year teaching what I am passionate about, and that is....student success and self confidence.
