Tyler Dinkins, a native of Yadkinville, North Carolina, graduated from Forbush High School in 2010. He later graduated from Wingate University
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Studies Education in 2014.
Dinkins is the Head Varsity Soccer Coach here at North Iredell High School for both the Men and Women's soccer programs. Before joining North Iredell, Dinkins played soccer for fifteen years working his way up the ranks in club soccer, ending his club soccer experience at the premier level. Dinkins spent time playing for various soccer clubs, such as Yadkin Soccer Association, Lake Norman Soccer Club and Twins City Soccer Club. In February of 2011, Dinkins earned his National "E" Soccer Coaching Licenses and is currently pursuing his National "D" Soccer Coaching Licenses. In addition, Dinkins is currently the assistant coach of a U-15 Girls Classic team through Yadkin Soccer Association.
Ultimately, Dinkins plans to develop a successful and winning soccer program at North Iredell High School. Most importantly, Dinkins wants to help his players develop character and respect for others in hopes that each of his players will impact society and their surroundings in a positive way.
