    My Classroom Mission
STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. STEM class focuses on applying the engineering design cycle to solve problems. Students will explore topics such as environmental issues, food science, computers and animation, and future fuels through hands-on learning. I am excited to announce that we will have a 3D printer in our STEM lab!

Half of the school semester will focus on Life Skills. The focus is on hands-on learning to help students prepare for family life, work life, and careers.  Students will gain skills in the following core areas such as nutrition and healthy food options, food prep, financial resource management, and child development.

While students are learning about STEM and Life Skills, we will explore careers related these subjects.
