    Welcome to my Classroom

    Room B116

Welcome!  I am looking forward to another great year at South!  High school can be a challenging time for all of us, but there is nothing we can't surpass together.   My door is always open and I encourage my students to think of my room as their "home away from home." Please feel free to contact me with any concerns or questions you may have. Let's work together to make your student's school experience great!

    About Me

I graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education (K-12) and Elementary Education (K-6).  I previously taught Special Education at all grade levels in the Baldwin-Whitehall School District.  I am originally from Pittsburgh where, before relocating to North Carolina, owned an antique shop while traveling the East Coast from Massachusetts to Florida selling antiques at numerous shows.
