The SHS JROTC cadets will be taking orders starting 14 Feb thru Tuesday, 27 Feb. The prices are $6 for a glazed dozen, $7.50 for a dozen chocolate glazed. The money raised will go to support the SHS JROTC Cadet Military Ball. Orders will be delivered on March 1st.
The 2018-2019 Nursing Fundamentals Application is now available on the CATS website. If any of your rising Seniors (or Juniors) that meet the requirements (completed HS1 and 2) are interested, have them: go to the site, move down, and on the right, look under "Quick Links." Print the application off, and follow the directions carefully. Thanks for your support and assistance in getting the word out. Note that the application deadline is FRIDAY, MARCH 2. Statesville High School will host another blood drive on February 21st. Please sign up to donate blood with a HOSA club member in your class, come by Mrs. Howard’s room B234, or sign up in the main office. Students that are 16 years old will need to pick up a parental consent to donate blood in the office or Mrs. Howard’s room B234. Any student that is under 16 years old may not donate blood, even if they have a parental consent form signed. Students that are 17 years old and older do not need parental consent. HOSA members that want to participate in the blood drive on February 21st please come by Mrs. Howard’s room to sign up and get a teacher consent form to participate.
Prices will go up so get your tickets early! See Ms. Troutman in A131 to buy your tickets today. Prom is Saturday, May 19th at the Civics Center.
