Athletic Physicals
On Thursday June 30th, Athletic physicals will be given in the field house above the football stadium from 5pm - 7pm. The cost is $5.00. Students should have an Athletic Participation Form that can be picked up in the school office prior to receiving the physical or by clicking here and printing the online Athletic Participation Form.
