1st consequence – Name on
board = Warning
2nd consequence –1 check = Time Out Chair
3rd consequence – 2 checks = Silent Lunch
4th consequence – 3 checks = In-School Suspension
5th consequence – 4 checks = Letter Home
Severe clause = Principal
