The cockatoo usually doesn't eat meat, and will eat seeds, fruit, or nuts.  However, once in a while they will eat a  piece of cheese, chip or fingers, human fingers!  The cockatoo lives in the canopy of the rainforest.  It also lives in wooded and scrub lands.  The cockatoo would normally live in highly vocal flocks or colonies, except when breeding .  The cockatoo and it's partner brush and clean each other.  The cockatoo's like nothing more than trying to bite there babies.  Their home may look a mess, but that's just how cockatoos like it.  The cockatoo will raise it's head crest when it's getting attention from visitors.
