Report Cards can be picked up between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM April 10 at the Freshman Academy building.  Many of your student’s teachers will be there to speak with you individually and answer questions.  We will have snacks and drinks for all.  The faculty and staff hope parents will take advantage of this opportunity to get an update on students’ progress. 

 

If your student is struggling in a course, please arrange for them to stay after school for tutoring.  All of our teachers have a schedule indicating when they are available to work with students after school.  In addition, we have other teachers and students who can be available to tutor after school and on weekends.  If you are uncertain how to access this student support, please call Dr. Riley or Ms. Evans.

 

As most of you know, we have been registering students during the month of March for next year’s classes.  If you have any questions, concerning what your student registered for and why, please contact student services to speak with a school counselor.  We have worked hard this year to make sure our ninth grade students made appropriate decisions for next year’s courses.  We have sought to make certain that all students registered for the courses needed to insure their success next year and, above all, to reach their goal of graduation.
