Description:
These bats hibernate
in caves and, sometimes, mines when the temperature is 54 degrees Fahrenheit
or less. Hibernation is usually near well-ventilated areas.
When the bats
are born, they are large. They weigh nearly 1/4 as much as their mother.
They will be able to fly when they are 2 1/2-3 weeks
