Subject: Description of Phase 2 Construction Activities

Celeste Henkel Elementary School: Expand to 800 + students
Replace 13 Classrooms, add 12  Classrooms,  2 Resource Rooms, new Administration Area and Media Center.

East Iredell Elementary School: Expand to 800 + students
Add 10 Classrooms, 4 Resource Rooms and reconfigure the Existing Classrooms.

Mount Mourne Elementary Replacement:
Build a new elementary school on Presbyterian Road. The new floor plan will copy Third Creek and Woodland Heights but will be expanded to accommodate 880 students. This will relieve overcrowding at Lake Norman, Mt. Mourne, and Woodland Heights.

Northview/Ebenezer Elementary School:
Replace these two schools with the same prototype elementary school as Third Creek and Woodland Heights.

Shepherd Elementary School: Expand to 800 +  students
Add 21 Classrooms and 4 Resource rooms. Purchase land for additional parking and traffic control.

South Iredell High School:
Add 12 Classrooms, new Gymnasium, Locker Rooms and new Media Center.

Statesville High School:
Complete renovations started in Phase 1.
